Falcons recruit Helleur
Newcastle have announced the signing of Auckland centre Jamie Helleur for next season.
The 27-year-old, who has won three caps for Samoa, made his Auckland debut in 2005.
He becomes Newcastle's third new signing in recent weeks, following Otago back Ryan Shortland and Gloucester scrum-half Jordi Pasqualin.
Newcastle head coach Alan Tait said: "This is a sign of intent from the club. Jamie is a quality player and he will be a great addition to the squad."
