Homer run downs Wasps

Twenty points from wing Tom Homer ensured Wasps were made to pay for their ill-discipline as they suffered another Aviva Premiership defeat to continue their slide down the table with a 25-12 loss.

The visitors led 12-3 early in the game courtesy of a pair of well-taken tries from Riki Flutey and Rob Webber, but they then allowed Irish to dominate a poor game at the Madejski Stadium.

Homer capitalised on a number of sloppy errors from the visitors by slotting six penalties before converting David Paice's 55th minute try.
