Ireland game goes ahead
Ireland's clash with Argentina on Sunday afternoon has passed a pitch inspection and will kick off at 2.30pm as scheduled.
The playing surface at Aviva Stadium was examined in the morning and declared fit for purpose despite the freezing conditions which have hit Dublin over the last 48 hours.
A statement released by the Irish Rugby Football Union read: "The playing surface has been passed fit to play as the undersoil heating has prevented any freezing of the pitch. The game will begin as scheduled with a 2.30pm kick off."
