Japan take Five Nations crown

Japan won the Asian Five Nations title for a fourth successive year with a 90-13 thrashing of Sri Lanka in Colombo.

Alisi Tupuailei scored five tries to take him to nine from four games in the tournament, while captain Takashi Kikutani touched down twice as the visitors ran in 13 tries.

The win was Japan's 16th in 16 Five Nations matches since 2008.

Elsewhere, Hong Kong scored 10 tries in a 62-3 win over UAE which earned them second place.
