Low back in Warriors side

Moray Low will line up against Italian opposition this weekend after being named in the Glasgow Warriors team for Friday's Magners League clash with Benetton Treviso.

The tighthead prop, who started Scotland's RBS 6 Nations matches with Ireland and England, on Wednesday dropped out of the matchday 22 altogether for this Saturday's wooden spoon showdown with the Azzurri at Murrayfield.

Low has been included as one of seven personnel changes as the Warriors take on Treviso and Firhill. He will pack down alongside number eight Johnnie Beattie, who began the Ireland match before being dropped for the England game.

Beattie and flanker Rob Harley are reinstated to the back row having featured off the bench in the Warriors' last match against the Ospreys a fortnight ago.

Ryan Wilson moves from number eight to openside flanker as part of the reshuffle, while Jon Welsh returns from a rib injury at loosehead prop.

Full-back Bernardo Stortoni is also promoted from the replacements, with Federico Aramburu back at outside centre and Alex Dunbar on the wing in place of the injured DTH van der Merwe.

The Warriors currently have 17 players unavailable for selection, many on international duty with Scotland.

Head coach Sean Lineen said: "This is the fifth game we've had during the Six Nations window when I think there have been improvements but we need to get a result.

"It's been a challenging season, but we need to live in the present and make sure the guys deliver on Friday night.

"We just need to turn up with the right attitude and get stuck in."
