Quins too strong for Gloucester

Harlequins kept their fading Aviva Premiership play-off hopes alive by thrashing in-form Gloucester 53-15 at a sold-out Twickenham Stoop.

The Londoners put their poor recent form behind them in stunning fashion, thanks in no small part to a Ugo Monye hat-trick, George Lowe's brace and fly-half Rory Clegg's superb kicking display.

Returning duo Joe Gray and George Robson also ran in tries against a Gloucester side who claimed the LV=Cup last weekend.

Henry Trinder and Tim Molenaar touched down for Gloucester, with Nicky Robinson kicking the rest of their points.
