Robshaw up for award

England captain Chris Robshaw is among three Harlequins players nominated for the Rugby Players' Association's top end-of-season award.

Quins skipper Robshaw is joined by his team-mates Mike Brown and Nick Evans on the players' player of the year shortlist, alongside Northampton centre George Pisi and Leicester forward Steve Mafi.

England and Saracens fly-half Owen Farrell, meanwhile, features among the young player nominations, where he will face competition from Gloucester backs Jonny May and Freddie Burns, plus Leicester number 10 George Ford and Wasps wing Christian Wade.

The winners will be announced at the RPA awards night in London on May 23.
