Samoa come to their census

Samoa have made one change to the starting line-up for this Saturday's EMC Autumn Test with Scotland in Aberdeen.

Toulouse's Census Johnston comes in at tighthead prop in place of Anthony Perenise, who drops to the bench in the only change to the team beaten 26-13 by England at Twickenham last Saturday.

There is one change among the replacements, with Bordeaux flanker Daniel Leo named on the bench in place of George Williams, who is injured.

Samoa are seeking to end their tour on a high after narrow losses to Ireland and England.

However, they were met by hostile conditions in Aberdeen, with snow falling during training on Wednesday.

Three of the matchday 22 are Samoa-based and some members of the touring party saw snow for the first time.

Head coach Fuimaono Tafua said: "There are a lot of players from Samoa who have not seen snow before."

But the Pacific islanders are more than happy to play in Aberdeen, rather than in Edinburgh at Murrayfield.

"It's a very good opportunity for us," added Tafua.
