Turnbull retires from rugby
Lock Steven Turnbull has been forced to retire from professional rugby due to a knee injury, Edinburgh have announced.
The 25-year-old joined Edinburgh as an academy prospect in 2006 having played every Scottish age-grade.
He made 48 appearances for the club, but large periods were disrupted by injury and he has now called time on his career.
"I really enjoyed my time at Edinburgh and I wish them all the best in the coming season," Turnbull told edinburghrugby.org.
