The Ulster Rugby Round Up has survived the summer and is back for a second season.
This week, rugby reporters Jonathan Bradley and Adam McKendry are put through their paces by regular host Gareth Hanna.
The lads take a look back at Ulster's opening Champions Cup victory and in particular the performance of debutant Michael Lowry - the podcast's long-term favourite up-and-coming young player.
As he finally makes his move into senior action, the lads quickly fill the void of their next young star pick, handily helped by Aaron Sexton hitting the headlines with a blistering performance for Ulster As.
Looking ahead, we preview the trip to Racing 92 this weekend and we also hear from Ulster captain Rory Best, his team-mate Will Addison and Malone chairman Patrick Baird.
Make sure you subscribe to the podcast on Soundcloud or on iTunes and even leave a review.
As usual, any questions and all feedback is welcome by messaging the Belfast Telegraph Sport Facebook page. Ask your questions for next week's episode on Twitter by tweeting @URRoundUp.
