Ulster Rugby haven't even rubber-stamped their tickets to the knock-out stages of the European Champions Cup yet and already the UR Round Up podcast is jumping ahead.

Gareth Hanna is joined by Jonathan Bradley and Adam McKendry to assess the realistic options in the for the quarter-finals with Ulster's home gae against Bath this weekend looking like all but a gimme.

There's also the defeat to Clermont to assess, trying to pinpoint where things turned sour after the province raced into a 10-3 lead.

There's the scrum and squad depth to look at while we also divulge our most awkward interview experiences.

Make sure you subscribe to the podcast on Spotify, Soundcloud or on iTunes and even leave a review.

As usual, any questions and all feedback is welcome by messaging the Belfast Telegraph Sport Facebook page. Ask your questions for next week's episode on Twitter by tweeting @URRoundUp.
