Jonno Gibbes' men surprised Edinburgh with a bonus-point win at Murrayfield last Friday to climb to within eight points of the Scots.

Ulster have a game in hand over Conference B's third-placed side and a win this evening could put them within three points of a play-off place until Edinburgh host Scarlets tomorrow.

Ulster are also just a point ahead of fifth-placed Benetton in Conference B and must finish at least fourth if they are to have any hope of securing a Champions Cup place for next season.
