Watch: Ulster prop Tommy O'Hagan trolls Stephen Ferris with weight loss parody

"You sit there for an hour, you lose your weight. Don't even have to leave your house, it's bloody brilliant."

By Gareth Hanna

Ulster A prop Tommy O'Hagan 'loves the craic' according to his twitter bio. Judging by his latest tweet, it's not far wrong.

He's targeted former Ulster and Ireland hero Stephen Ferris with a parody video of one of Ferris' own posts from July last year.

Whether Tommy was trolling through the pundit's old tweets to rediscover his Modius Health weight loss device video, we're not overly sure.

What we do know is that Tommy's parody version is VERY funny.

Ferris was posting to explain the working of the Modius device which, he says, 'stimulates the brain to kickstart your metabolism' leading, ultimately, to 'weight loss'. The device, which is a head-set, should be used for one hour a day, while you 'sit back, relax and watch Love Island or rugby'.

Tommy, meanwhile, has come up with his own DIY answer to the product. Results of Tommy's home-made effort, we would guess, are at best questionable.

Prepare yourself for the funny by first having a look at Stephen's walk-through guide to the Modius Health device:

And now Rainey OB and Ulster A prop Tommy's hilarious reply:

O'Hagan, 24, was a late starter in rugby, dedicating more of his youth to Gaelic games before turning to rugby in his late teens. He has yet to feature in a competitive game for the senior Ulster side but played against the Barbarians last summer.
