Ulster's Alan O'Connor has stressed that the province must come out "all guns blazing" against European heavyweights Racing 92 this weekend.

The star-studded Parisians are at Kingspan Stadium on Saturday afternoon (3.15pm) with both sides well in contention to qualify for the Champions Cup quarter finals in March.

And while Dan McFarland's men are coming into the key contest off the back of defeats to Connacht and then Leinster, O'Connor has warned that this is no time to be timid.

"We're sitting in a good place in Europe at the moment so it's in our hands," said the lock.

"Racing are a good team but we'd back ourselves against any team at Kingspan. It should be a good challenge but we'll relish it.

"The French teams don't have a great record at Kingspan so we're looking forward to turning up all guns blazing and ready to right the wrong that happened (against Leinster)."
