Ulster set for friendlies with Guinness Premiership sides

Ulster will play three pre-season friendlies against Guinness Premiership opposition next month

Brian McLaughlin’s men kick off with a home date with Bath on Friday, August 13 (7.30pm).

The sides met in last season’s Heineken Cup, with Ulster emerging victorious from both the home and away ties. And with them having been paired together once again in the forthcoming season’s European competition, next month’s Ravenhill friendly takes on a much more meaningful complexion.

Ulster are away to Harlequins on August 21 and on August 26 return to home to face Leeds Carnegie.
