Wales captain Sam Warburton and his fellow international Gethin Jenkins will both start Cardiff Blues' RaboDirect Pro12 clash against Glasgow on Saturday.
Warburton and Jenkins were among 11 players released back to their regions from Wales' RBS 6 Nations squad earlier this week for domestic action.
Warburton has started one game in 10 weeks - Wales' 26-3 defeat against Ireland last weekend - due to a shoulder injury, while prop Jenkins, who also featured in Dublin, has had knee trouble.
Both players are now set to gain important game-time before Wales resume their Six Nations campaign in their Millennium Stadium appointment with France next Friday night.
Jenkins will skipper the Blues in Saturday's Arms Park clash, packing down alongside front-row partners Kristian Dacey and Scott Andrews, while Warburton wears the number seven shirt.
