Masters champion Mark Allen back in action in Belfast snooker club

Northern Ireland's Mark Allen is back in action only 24 hours following his triumph in London.

After receiving a hero's welcome from family, friends and fans at Belfast International Airport on Monday, the Ulster man took part in an exhibition at Trinity Snooker Club in Belfast.

The Masters champion drew a big crowd to the Club on the Shankhill Road as he played an exhibition match against local professional, Joe Swail.

The 31-year-old is the third man from Northern Ireland to win the Masters title, with Alex Higgins having triumphed in the event in 1978 and 1981.

Watch: My Northern Irish fans carried me to Masters snooker success, says Mark Allen
