Ronnie O'Sullivan awaits the winner of Mark Allen's clash with Neil Robertson after the five-time World champion dramatically potted the final black for a 10-9 win over Judd Trump in the semi-final of the Coral Tour Championships in Llandudno last night.

O'Sullivan had this week again been making threats to quit the sport but he fought back to get the better of Trump to book a place in the final for a shot at the £150,000 top prize.

Ulsterman Allen clashes with Aussie Robertson in today's second semi-final with the decider played over tomorrow and Sunday.

Allen booked his place in today's last four showdown with a tough 9-7 victory over Kyren Wilson. Robertson beat Mark Selby 9-8.

Robertson and fiancée Mille celebrated the birth of their second child, Penelope, just a few days ago and the World number eight made a quick return home to Cambridge to be with his family before contesting today's best of 19 frame semi-final.

Robertson has been playing well and will be a big threat to the talented Antrim potter's progress.

After the tournament Allen - who won the Masters last year - will turn his attention to the China Open in Beijing from April 1 before the World Championship which starts on April 20 at the Crucible in Sheffield.
