by john flack

Ulster duo Peter Corrie and Jordan McKeown are still on collision course for a meeting in the Under-18 final at the Irish Junior Open after continuing their winning ways in Dublin last night.

Top seed Corrie will play Neil Collins in the semi-finals after beating Conor Johnston 6-1 6-3 but McKeown, who is ranked second, had to dig deeper to overcome Thomas Brennan.

The 17-year-old saved two match points at 5-2 down in the final set but remarkably recovered to win 7-5 2-6 7-5 and set up a date with Sean Collins today.

Jessica Leeman is also through to the last four of the corresponding girls' event after chalking up a 6-3 6-4 success over Anna Jones.

In another bumper day at the office for Ulster players, Freddy Murray and Ciara Hill are into their respective U14 semis, and they are joined by Cian McDonnell and Harry Ellesmere in the last four of the U16 event.
