A day for Natasha

It's an anniversary Liam and Sheila McShane never dreamt they would ever have to endure.

But today is Natasha McShane Day.

The grim milestone marks two months since their pretty daughter was left in a coma after being beaten around the head during a brutal baseball bat mugging in Chicago.

Pretty Natasha — who still has pieces of her skull removed to reduce the swelling on her brain — started to walk, talk and breathe on her own last week.

But the high-flying 23-year-old’s anguished parents admit she has a “long way to go”.

And they hope the prayers of supporters on Natasha Day will help inspire their battered daughter get back to her old, joyous self.
