Death penalty 'too quick' for monster who killed my mum

A distraught daughter says the death penalty would be “too quick” for the monster neighbour who brutally murdered her frail mum.

Julie Wright has revealed her continuing pain over the savage killing of her 77-year-old pensioner mum Tilly Campbell by burglar Robert Harvey.

Next door neighbour Harvey used an axe, hammer and scissors during a vicious and prolonged assault after breaking into the pensioners’ bungalow in Donaghadee.
