A two-day festival of flame-grilled flavour is coming to Belfast this weekend.

Guinness is teaming up with renowned south Belfast eatery Bia Rebel to put on Guinness 232°C on Saturday and Sunday at the Dark Horse bar.

The event takes its name from the exact temperature Guinness roasts its barley and chefs at the event are will be challenged to cook exclusively over live fire on the grills.

Curated by food expert Ali Dunworth the event will see Bia Rebel break free of their kitchen and create a one-off menu with Irish produce.

Oysters and roast beef with aromas of Guinness will be flame-grilled as an eclectic programme of live music entertains guests at the Dark Horse.
