Lafferty: It's my last chance at Ibrox

Northern Ireland bad boy Kyle Lafferty has promised to clean up his act as he fears one more indiscretion will lead to the axe at Ibrox.

Poor judgement and ill-discipline has been a major problem for 23-year-old Lafferty since his arrival at the Govan club two years ago.

But Kesh-born Lafferty insists he is going to make the most of the lifeline Rangers have thrown him.

“I know this is my last chance at Rangers. If there’s any more bother then they will run out of patience with me and I’m not prepared to let that happen because I really love the club,” admits Lafferty.

“They are a huge club, a family club and I know if I do stupid things I am damaging their image as well as my own.”
