An LVF godmother's taped confessions claiming a convicted loyalist blackmailer was behind a sectarian killing have put him at the centre of a police murder inquiry

Cops are looking at recordings of Muriel Gibson, 63, during which she names notorious Mid-Ulster loyalist Gary Fulton, 40, as the gunman who shot dead Catholic Adrian Lamph in 1998.

The tape recordings of LVF chiefs Muriel Gibson and Jim Fulton were made by undercover cops and led to them both being jailed.
