A secret network of badger baiters is operating in Northern Ireland, according to evidence gathered by three leading animal welfare charities.

During a year-long investigation into animal cruelty by the USPCA, the League Against Cruel Sports and Naturewatch it was found the cruel practice is still widespread despite being banned almost 190 years ago.
