A pair of paedophile brothers who escaped jail because they were “mentally unfit” to plead are refusing to leave their home.
James and Owen Roe McDermott have locked themselves away in their bungalow in the village of Donagh, Co Fermanagh, and are refusing to come to the door.
When Sunday Life called to the perverts' home yesterday they peeked through the curtains before cowering in the living room.
Locals said the brothers, who were accused of 19 child sex offences, have turned into recluses since their last court appearance 10 days ago.
“The McDermott boys haven't been about since,” said one woman.
