Riot cops hunt for schoolboys
Baby-faced schoolboys are being sought for questioning by police investigating rioting in Londonderry.
The fresh-faced youngsters — some apparently barely in their teens — were captured by CCTV on the city’s streets during June. Cops say they have only released the images after exhausting “every other means” of identifying juveniles they believe may be able to help them with their inquiries into disturbances at flashpoint areas.
The release of 26 images is part of the PSNI’s ongoing ‘Operation Exposure’ campaign in the North West which has led to the public identifying more than 150 individuals to police following the release of images.
