Thugs blast kickboxer's home

Sectarian thugs targeted the family home of a champion kick-boxer in a weekend shotgun attack.

No one was injured when a gang, masquerading as the Real UFF, blasted the bedroom window of Conor Cooke's home near Antrim's Ballycraigy estate on Friday night.

Connor, 22, is a world and British kick-boxing title holder.His dad Frankie, a well known bouncer in the town, described the gunmen as “rats crawling around in the night with weapons”.
