Arlene Foster 'over and out' as she gives farewell speech as First Minister
Arlene Foster stood in the Northern Ireland Assembly for the last time today as First Minster to make a farewell speech. She decided not to give her speech in a 'Father Ted' style and said that 'we should be good neighbours' before parting with 'over and out'.
