OM' Dark Sky Park £1.2m observatory opens for public
The Environment Minister Edwin Poots today jointly opened a new £1.2 million observatory and 'dark site' in Cookstown with the Chairman of Mid Ulster District Council. The 'OM' Dark Sky Park is free of light pollution allowing world class opportunities to see the constellations in space.
