Philip McGuigan: North and south of Ireland could be heading towards epidemic of young problem gamblers


Outdated gambling legislation is not fit for purpose in Northern Ireland, a Stormont politician and recovering addict has said. Philip McGuigan spent more than £100,000 and at one stage was unable to afford food. The Communities Department is consulting on changes to the law amid the growth of digital platforms.
