Video: Ulster boss Les Kiss stresses the players focus has to be on the 'here and now'

Ulster's Director of Rugby Les Kiss says his players are aware of the various scenarios facing the squad towards the end of the season.

But he stresses the focus has to be on the 'here and now' - and that is trying to secure a win against Pro 12 league leaders Connacht at the Kingspan Stadium Friday night.

Ulster can take comfort from the fact that they beat Connacht in Galway earlier in the season.

But Kiss isn't taking anything for granted.

"You do project forward and look at where you think the ladder will end up.

"I think for a lot of teams there are a lot of variables. The players themselves, individually and as a group, are aware of the things that can happen or may not happen.

"The important thing is not to get hijacked by what-ifs. We have to deal with the things we have in front of us in the here and now and that is what we are trying to focus on," said Kiss.
