Video: 3D-printed firearm 'could penetrate human skull'

Following concerns that firearms made using 3D printers could evade metal detectors, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) test the technology. Using the ‘Liberator’ gun design, the ATF showed that a 3D-printed weapon could penetrate several inches of soft flesh as well as a human skull, according to officials quoted by Huffington Post.
