Michael Hoey - the Ambassador of the Tayto NI Open Championship - is confident fans will be in for a feast of top quality golf at Galgorm Castle this week.
The 2013 Russian Open winner hasn't made the cut three consecutive times at Galgorm, but he said he was hoping to do that this year - and more
"If you can hold a few putts it gives you the momentum, and that's what it's all about.
"But the field this year is very strong. Two weeks ago two players shot 59s in one round - that's 13 under par. That's unbelievably good on this tour," he said.
Hoey also praised the ground staff at Galgorm for "excellent work" following the recent heavy rain.
