Video: Charlie Sheen has been granted visitation rights to his twin sons

The 'Anger Management' star was told by a judge that he will be allowed to see five-year-old Bob and Max - who are currently in the care of their uncle for two monitored visits per week, each lasting two hours. And the judge presiding over the case between Charlie and his ex-wife Brooke Mueller also told the actor he will incrementally get his custody of the boys restored to 50/50 if he continues to co-operate with the courts and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. Also during the private hearing, the judge ruled Charlie will not be held in contempt of court after previously violating a gagging order banning him from speaking about Brooke and the case after his former spouse said she did not want to push the issue.
