Parents of pupils at a west Belfast secondary school handed in a petition demanding an investigation into staff management practices.
Members of the Concerned Parents Committee presented the petition to the Board of Governors at De La Salle college.
They have already sent petitions to the Catholic Council for Maintained Schools (CCMS) and the Children's Commissioner.
Monica O'Brien, from the Concerned Parents Committee, said : "We are asking the senior management at the school and the Board of Governors to step down until there is a full and thorough investigation.
"We have already met with the Board of Governors and presented them with substantial evidence of what we see as wrong-doing at the school.
"Over the last year there have been ongoing problems. Quite a few of the teachers had been off sick and when parents asked if there was a problem there was either no communication or they were told everything was fine."
