Video: Customers vote with their feet after Cereal Killer cafe owner snaps back at Channel 4

One of the Belfast entrepreneurs behind the Cereal Killer cafe, the UK's first cereal-only cafe, has snapped back at Channel 4 for attacking the new business over the price it charges in a poor borough of east London. Gary Keery and his twin brother Alan opened the cafe last week in Brick Lane amidst a blaze of publicity. The brothers are charging £3.20 for a bowl of cereal at the Shoreditch-based business. A Channel 4 News report on 'quirky cafes' which aired last week saw Gary Keery abruptly end an interview with journalist Symeon Brown after he asked how the business justified charging such an amount in an area where many local residents would be unable to afford it.
