Video: Farmers set a world record for harvesting in Co Meath

More than 100 self-propelled forage harvesters created quite a sight at the weekend as they lined up to set a world record by working together in the same field.

Scores of Northern Ireland farmers and contractors were among those who travelled to Kiltale in Co Meath on Saturday to help set the record - which was the first time it had been attempted.

The record was adjudicated by Profi Machinery magazine and was officially recorded as 104 self-propelled forage harvesters worked in the same field for a period of five minutes and 45 seconds.
