Video: Global improvement in women's equality small, according to report

The World Economic Forum released the The Global Gender Gap Report for 2014 on October 28. The report examined 142 countries, measuring progress in gender equality in four areas: economic participation and opportunity, education, political empowerment and health and survival. The report found that gains in equality worldwide have been small and were offset by reversals in some countries. Continuing at the current rate, the report said, it would take 81 years for the world to close the gender gap completely. Credit: YouTube/World Economic Forum
