Video: North of CAR 'cut off' and 'forgotten', says Red Cross chief

The conflict in the Central African Republic between Seleka rebels and government forces has displaced hundreds of thousands of people and effectively cut off the north of the country, where rebels have retreated since losing power. According to Gabriel Mukalai of the Red Cross, the region is isolated, forgotten by the government, dominated by armed groups.
