Play finally got underway in the Tayto NI Open this afternoon following a six-hour delay caused by torrential rain overnight.
The downpours flooded several greens and green-keepers were working flat-out all morning to try and clear the flooding.
The first players were able to get on the course at 1.30pm - six hours after their intended start time.
Weather permitting, play is expected to continue until 9.30pm to make up for the time lost this morning.
But many players will not be able to get their first round finished today and will have to finish it tomorrow.
