Northern Ireland politicians should compromise and think about putting the country first.
That was the appeal of Angela McGowan, Director of the Confederation of British Industry in Northern Ireland - following the collapse of Stormont.
"In life you never get what you want and I think compromise is needed in Northern Ireland.
"Mutual respect is needed and that needs to be demonstrated by politicians," she said.
The CBI director also called for negotiations before elections.
"I think it would be good to have them in the room and for them to give of the greater good, the whole economy, about people's lives, about the impact this could have on jobs and I think they should really think about putting the country first," she stressed.
