Kristinn Hrafnsson has called for the Panama Papers to be published in full online, suggesting the handling of the leak was irresponsible.
Kristinn Hrafnsson is the spokesperson for WikiLeaks and an Icelandic investigative journalist who worked on the ‘Cablegate’ leak of diplomatic documents in 2010.
Mr Hrafnsson suggested the withholding of documents is understandable to maximise the impact, but said the papers should be in the public eye, in full.
“When they are saying this is responsible journalism, I totally disagree with the overall tone of that.” Hrafnnson told RT’s Going Underground program.
The interview will be aired Wednesday at 11:30am on Going Underground.
