Video: PM David Cameron 'delighted' as Scotland 'keeps four countries together'

Speaking early on Friday morning as results showed that Scotland voted to remain in the United Kingdom, British Prime Minister David Cameron, who fought fervently to maintain the union, said “the debate has been settled for a generation, perhaps for a lifetime.”

Referencing promises for greater devolution made during the campaign, Cameron said that just as Scotland will vote independently on its tax issues, so too Wales, Northern Ireland and England should.
