Video: Police make fresh appeal to identify man's body found in water at Belfast beauty spot

Police have made a fresh appeal for the public's help, to identify a man pulled from the water at a South Belfast beauty spot.

The body was found in the River Lagan close to Shaw's Bridge at around midday on Friday. His death is not being treated as suspicious.

The PSNI said the body was in the water for anything from one to two days before being spotted.

Speaking at the scene yesterday, PSNI Superintendent Melanie Jones said the police need the public's help in identifying the man.
