It has been marked by allegations of "cronyism", "cock-up" and "cover-up", she says.
"What we have happening today is a direct challenge to institutions. They are being placed in peril by a reckless disregard" Mrs Long says, as she appeals to Mrs Foster to "put the people of Northern Ireland first" by standing down.
