Ulster Rugby Captain, Rob Herring feels hopeful ahead of Ulster taking on Zebre. Rob Herring said: “We have done a lot of training and still have some more training to do.
“All you think about it what can we do better. When we go back training what we need to work on, how to get the boys together and how we are going to win the next game.”
Rob Herring added: “If we focus on the process rather than the result, the result will take care of itself.”
Ulster play Zebre on Friday 25 November at the Kingspan Stadium in Belfast.
